A summer placement will provide invaluable experience, allowing you to choose a firm which is right for you and prepare you for your forthcoming traineeship.
Working with us during the summer will offer you the opportunity to participate in work‑based learning in one of our practice areas and gain valuable experience of life in the legal profession.
We offer students a paid three‑week placement in one of our offices, with an aim to provide you with an insight into the firm and our culture. You can expect to get involved in a variety of work including, for example, carrying out research and shadowing trainees.
To be considered for a placement, you need to be in at least your third year of a Scots Law Degree or first year of the accelerated LLB and be available on the key dates outlined below.
