Field Sales Executive (Reading & UK Territories) £30,000-£34,000 Double OTE (Realistic £65k Year 1) Car Allowance: £5,000 Discovery Day: Wednesday 12th February | 1-Stage Interview | Victoria, London About Us We are a leading UK logistics business, delivering over 700 million parcels a year and continuing to grow rapidly. The Role As a Sales Executive, you'll be out in the market building face-to-face relationships with retailers, e-commerce businesses, and high-street brands—any organisation that ships parcels at volume. With the backing of an experienced management team, you'll have the autonomy to drive your territory, while being supported to progress quickly into an Area Sales Manager role (£40k base). Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities across retail and e-commerce. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Keep track of sales activity and pipeline management using CRM. Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth go-live process. Provide tools and training to help clients self-serve efficiently. Monitor client performance and resolve escalations promptly. Partner with local operations teams to ensure service standards are met. About You Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT tools. Driven, ambitious, and resilient with a passion for hitting targets. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
