A bit about what you will do...
Maintenance Engineers in our team provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our hotel, grounds and facilities are kept in excellent condition.
* * Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within a hotel, hospitality, facilities, or commercial environment.
* Good all-round maintenance knowledge, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC/air conditioning, carpentry, and general building repairs.
* Relevant technical qualification or trade certification preferred (e.g. Electrical, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing or Building Services).
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently with minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest experience.
* Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and reactive maintenance.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and safe working practices.
* Responding to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.
