LPS is a well-established nationwide fundraising company with a diverse portfolio of charity partners, including local hospices and national charities. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of door-to-door and private site fundraisers.
In 2024 alone, we raised over £2 million for our hospice partners!
Our fundraisers come from various backgrounds, from gardeners to CEOs. Many seek flexible roles that are rewarding and uplifting daily.
All our fundraisers are knowledgeable, dependable, hardworking, and passionate about our charities, whether working door-to-door, in stores, at events, or shows.

We are looking for:
* Professional charity fundraisers to join our dedicated teams.
* You will work on the charity's frontline in your local community, raising awareness and supporters for our weekly lotteries.
* Supporters' donations significantly impact our charities and offer chances to win fantastic prizes!
* This role suits confident individuals who enjoy speaking to people, making a difference, and seeking a rewarding non-office environment.
* If you have experience in roles like field sales, door-to-door sales, venue sales, events, exhibitions, party planning, or face-to-face sales (utilities, broadband, outside sales), this could be perfect for you.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of general work experience; 12 months in a customer-facing role preferred.
* Driving license and own transport are preferred for easier travel.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Resilience, self-motivation, dependability, caring nature, and a positive attitude.

Training provided:
Comprehensive training includes classroom, online, and field sessions. Weekly Zoom training covers compliance, regulations, and essential skills. Field training involves shadowing and working with team leaders, with ongoing support to maintain earnings and fundraising success.
Vacancies:
Door-to-door, venue, shows, events fundraisers, and team leaders. Sales experience in face-to-face roles (utilities, home improvement, energy, broadband) is beneficial but not always required.
