You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students stay engaged in their studies. Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor: Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment. Support students in their learning and encourage engagement. Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as needed. Report any student progress or concerns to teaching staff. Requirements: Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage a classroom with confidence and enthusiasm. A passion for education and working with young people. Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential). A current CV covering last 10 years with every gaps explained.
