We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistants to join our team. As Administrators, you will provide crucial support to our office operations and ensure the smooth running of Clients requests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Answer direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain electronic hard copy filing systems
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite, Bespoke Property Manager
- Handle sensitive information with highest confidentiality
- Provide vital support and operate efficiently in the office
We are looking for the following skills:
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and literacy
* Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
