We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale Time & Attendance (T&A) system implementation. This strategic role will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to deployment and post-implementation support—across multiple business units and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of the T&A system implementation project.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
* Ensure seamless integration with both new and legacy Payroll and HR systems.
* Maintain compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal governance policies.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
* Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Oversee system testing, user training, change management, and go-live activities.
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving license.
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in T&A systems.
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
* Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year technology projects.
* Strong knowledge of T&A systems (e.g., Softworks, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK and Northern Ireland.
