Our client, a highly respected professional services firm with a strong regional and national presence, is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their growing National Business Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and developing strong client relationships. The role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, supporting revenue growth, and expanding the firm’s mid-market and corporate client base across the East Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of the firm’s long-term growth strategy
2. Develop and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and business expansion across the region
3. Identify, pursue, and convert new business and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing client relationships
4. Monitor market developments and competitor activity to inform business development planning
5. Coach, mentor, and support Partners and senior stakeholders on business development best practice
