Excellent Benefits & Remuneration
* Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience)
* Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays

What you will be doing as the NPI Engineer / New Product Introduction Engineer
* Managing customer technical enquiries and reviewing documentation
* Translating customer requirements into precise product specifications
* Preparing business cases and presenting to senior management
* Overseeing all phases of the NPI process, from prototype to production
* Ensuring accurate completion of all project documentation
* Attending customer meetings (remotely and occasionally in person)
* Supporting products throughout their lifecycle, including troubleshooting and assisting quality investigations
What you'll need to apply for the NPI Engineer / New Product Introduction Engineer
* Extensive experience in new product introduction (NPI) within manufacturing.
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
* Customer-facing experience, ideally within NPI
* Good project management skills
* CAD experience is desirable.

Your working hoursMonday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm; Friday, 8am - 2:30pm.
