The School and Role

Join a vibrant and forward-thinking early years team in a Good-rated primary school in Northamptonshire. The setting features three active classrooms and a separate play space tailored for children needing additional support. The environment is well-resourced with a generous garden and expansive playground used throughout the year.

2. Demonstrated 'good to outstanding' early years practices. You’ll be organised, self-motivated, and adept at fostering positive relationships with children, staff, and families

3. Commitment to safeguarding and supporting each child's well-being.

4. A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
