The Role


As an Import Merchandiser, you'll be the vital link between our creative vision and final product delivery. You'll ensure that every step of the production journey runs smoothly - from initial development to final delivery - by working directly with suppliers, internal teams, and customers. You'll help manage our fast-paced critical path and play a key role in ensuring collections arrive on time and to standard.



Key Responsibilities

1. Critical Path Management - Lead the critical path process, from order confirmation to delivery, flagging risks and keeping all stakeholders aligned.

2. Supplier Liaison - Build strong relationships with offshore factories (Far East and European), ensuring clear, daily communication around production timelines and approvals.
