Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Isle of Wight provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. Package Description
JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker
HOURS: Full Time – 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Redruth, Cornwall (TR15)
SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour
Responsibilities
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
