We are looking for an experienced all-round marketing professional who understands high-volume consumer marketing, paid acquisition, and conversion-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG-style marketing, high-budget ad spend environments, and performance-driven digital campaigns.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on operator who can both plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
You will manage significant marketing budgets and be responsible for delivering measurable ROI across paid media, email marketing, and digital growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy
* Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Drive customer acquisition and retention
* Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and customer lifetime value
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
* Manage large paid advertising budgets across:
* Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads
* TikTok Ads
* Affiliate networks
* Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise
* Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ads
Email Marketing & CRM
* Build and optimise automated email funnels
* Improve open rates, CTR, and conversion
* Segment audiences for targeted campaigns
Competitions & Promotions
* Plan and launch high-converting competitions and promotional campaigns
* Analyse ticket sales data and optimise competition structures
* Coordinate launches with marketing campaigns
Brand & Customer Growth
* Develop brand awareness and community engagement
* Work with influencers, affiliates, and partners
* Identify new channels for customer acquisition
Data & Analytics
* Track and analyse marketing performance across all channels
* Report on CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics
* Use insights to improve marketing efficiency
Required Experience
* 5+ years marketing experience
* Experience working with FMCG brands or high-volume consumer products
* Experience managing large marketing budgets (£100k+ monthly spend)
* Strong background in performance marketing
* Proven success with customer acquisition campaigns
* Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with online competitions or gaming-style promotions
* Experience with subscription or repeat purchase models
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships
