We are recruiting Graduate Trainee Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Teesside and North Yorkshire. This is the perfect opportunity to build confidence, develop behaviour management skills, and understand school life before committing to teacher training.
Salary: £100 – £112.24 per day
Location: Teesside, North Yorkshire & surrounding areas
Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre-set work
2. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
3. Gain exposure to a variety of subjects and school settings
4. Build essential teaching skills that support future PGCE applications

Requirements
12. A degree (any subject)
13. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
16. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
