The role: * As HR Advisor you will provide HR guidance and advice to support line managers within the business on matters such as absence, conduct, performance and policy. * The HR advisor will be responsible for handling employee relation cases ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with company standards and employment law. * The HR Advisor manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, including job adverts, interview coordination, contracts, induction delivery, and maintaining accurate recruitment and onboarding records. * The HR advisor will be responsible for preparing all formal HR documentation such as investigation notes, disciplinary and grievance packs, and ensure employee records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. * The HR Advisor will coordinate payroll data with Finance and Payroll teams, ensuring all changes, absences, bonuses, and queries are processed accurately and on time. * As HR Advisor you will support learning and development by coordinating training programmes, maintaining training records, tracking compliance, and contributing to HR workshops and capability building initiatives. ...
