We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join the best estate agency in the area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with the region's most desirable properties and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
* Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
* Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and compliance checks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Requirements
You will:
* Proven experience in the residential property sector with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with weekend rota.
