What you will do
Our primary objective is the growth of recurring revenue. The Inside Sales Team Manager role is a key position to directly lead a team of Internal Sales Advisors focused on driving deficiency sales. The Team Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching and driving the team alongside management of the workloads and development of staff.

How you will do it
20. Achieving team monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
21. Achieving set KPIs
22. Coordinating support with quotes and customer communications
23. Championing key strategies/initiatives –strategy and pricing
24. CRM of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline
25. Working closely with sales and service teams to generate/secure all potential orders.
26. Working closely with Head of Department to drive growth and strategy
