Account Manager/Executive

Reporting to: Head Of Client Services
Salary: £22,308 to £29,767 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Location: Flexible/Hybrid working (Exeter/Home)

This role will see you work within the Client Services team and collaborate with wider teams within the agency. You’ll be supported to develop your career for the future and develop a wide range of skills within our supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

As an Account Manager/Executive, you will work behind the scenes, and directly with clients, to deliver against their marketing strategies to help them achieve their goals and business growth.

With a focus on project management and timelines, you will liaise with Account Directors and clients to ensure marketing requests/projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You will be the delivery enabler of multiple projects.

Additionally, you will:

1. Handle or support the day-to-day management of projects including taking briefs, planning the delivery and status reporting
2. Manage or support project progress and liaise with colleagues and clients to meet deadlines
3. Maintain internal and client relationships
4. Support the sales process and delivery with wider staff



About You

To join us as an Account Manager/Executive, you will need:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Good organisational skills
3. The ability to work to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
4. The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to achieve desired results
5. Self-motivation with a strong ability to work autonomously

Previous agency experience would be beneficial to your application.

Marketing experience in any of the following areas would also be advantageous: copywriting, pay per click advertising, e-marketing, social media management, traditional advertising, demographics and print procurement.
