Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor - Salisbury
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join a respected and forward-thinking law firm in Salisbury. Responsibilities
* Handle disputes relating to wills, trusts, and estate administration.
* Work on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
* Manage challenges to wills on grounds such as capacity and undue influence.
* Deal with removal of executors or trustees and breach of trust claims.
* Handle Court of Protection disputes and work with a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, and charities.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the team.
Qualifications / What we’re looking for
* 2-6 years\' PQE in contentious trust and probate or related private client litigation.
* Strong technical knowledge and academic background.
* Excellent client care, interpersonal, and communication skills for handling sensitive matters.
* Commercial awareness, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for professional development.
* Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
