The Role: We are seeking caring, patient, and reliable Support Workers to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, helping them with daily activities and encouraging independence wherever possible. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting residents with personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, toileting) * Supporting with mobility and use of mobility aids * Helping with meals and feeding, where required * Providing companionship and emotional support * Administering medication (following appropriate training) * Participating in activities to promote wellbeing and engagement * Monitoring and recording health conditions and reporting any concerns * Working as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment About You: * Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided * Drivers licence essential * A kind, empathetic and respectful approach to supporting others * Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends * A relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care) is an advantage but not required Apply Now
