We're Hiring – Office Administrator wanted to join our office team based in Wetherby.

Based in Wetherby (flexible home working when required)

20 Hours per week - 9:15am – 2:45pm, 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

(Pro-rata salary) £25,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE

We're looking for a friendly, organised and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our growing business

Your role will cover a variety of administrative tasks, and you'll also support with social media (full training provided).

Main Duties:

● Building & maintaining excellent relationships & communications with all clients, suppliers and contractors

● Supporting the Senior Management with varying tasks

● Planning, coordinating & managing meetings including booking meeting rooms

● Support with queries & administrative tasks

● Contacting suppliers and contractors to organise materials

● Social Media content creation (not including paid ads or strategy) (full training will be provided)

● Organising client contracts and project timelines

● Dataentry & any other ad-hoc taks where required

What we're looking for:

Strong literacy and communication skills

Excellent organisation, time management & reliable

Able to juggle multiple tasks and use own initiative

Confident with basic computer systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills

Willing to learn new skills

Experience:

● Customer service: 1 years (preferred)

● Experience working in the construction industry (preferred)

● Administrative: 1 year (required)
