Duties of A SMART Repairer:
* Perform SMART repairs involving minor panel damage, scratch removal, paintwork preparation, masking, and polishing
* Mix and apply paints to achieve high-quality finishes in line with manufacturer standards
* Repair or replace damaged panels, adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines
* Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal condition and safety standards
* Keep the working environment clean, safe, and organised
* Support customer enquiries and prepare repair quotations when required
* Collaborate with team members to support the growth and efficiency of the repair facility
Requirements of A SMART Repairer:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repairer, either mobile or workshop-based
* Relevant automotive accident repair experience, with skills in minor panel repair, vehicle re-spraying, and prepping
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and support a growing operation
* Commitment to health and safety procedures
* Excellent customer service skills
* A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
