Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and passionate Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties; it encompasses project management and a keen commercial acumen to ensure the seamless operation of our executive team’s activities. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to sustainability, countryside living, and exceptional design.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Project Management:
* Assist in sourcing quotes, negotiating with suppliers, and managing vendor relationships.
* Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
* Conduct research and provide insights for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Operational Efficiency:
* Develop and implement systems to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
* Assist with event planning and coordination, both internal and guest-facing.
* Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Brand Alignment and Commercial Insight:
* Ensure all tasks and projects align with the company’s sustainability and design ethos.
* Provide commercial insights and support to aid decision-making processes.
* Represent the brand positively and professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
* Proven experience in project management, with a track record of managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* A passion for sustainability, countryside living, and design/decor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
