Showroom Sales Assistant - Flexible Hours
Join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Assistant on a flexible 37.5-hour basis to grow and deliver sales as part of a successful branch team.
The Role
As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will support the Showroom Sales Manager with daily operations, assist in sales development, and visit customers at home to take measurements and design their ideal bathrooms. You will also attend and potentially run networking events.
You should be skilled at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. The role requires flexibility within our operating hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 4pm, especially during peak winter seasons.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
Previous sales experience is preferable but not essential; a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets are more important. You should be confident, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Flexibility and a proactive approach are key.
