At Blackwood, we believe great administration is the engine that keeps everything moving. We're looking for a People Administrator to bring energy, organisation, and attention to detail to our People & Communications team.
This role is perfect if you thrive on variety, love supporting others, and want to be at the heart of keeping an organisation running smoothly.
What you'll do:
* Provide first-class admin support across HR & OD activities
* Prepare contracts, offer letters and payroll information
* Co-ordinate recruitment, onboarding & induction
* Organise training, development programmes & keep our Learning systems up to date
* Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for people queries
What we're looking for:
* A natural organiser with excellent admin skills
* Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft 365)
* High attention to detail & accuracy
* Someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys variety
* A flexible, positive and proactive team player
