The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and communications, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities include:
* Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
* Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and events
* Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning
* Ensure efficient communication and follow-up on action items resulting from meetings
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the CEO and executive team
