Production Operatives - Dayshift or Backshift
Loanhead, Edinburgh
Temporary with a View to Permanent
12.21 per hour (rising to 12.71 in April)

About the Role
You'll be an important part of the production line, helping to create high‑quality products that go straight onto supermarket shelves.
Key tasks include:
* Batching
* Mixing
* Feeding film wrapping equipment
* Following processes and quality standards
* Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Full training is provided - no previous experience required.
What We're Looking For
We want individuals who are:
* Keen to learn new skills
* Flexible and reliable
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
* Problem solvers with a strong work ethic
* Ideally experienced in food production (not essential)
Shifts Available
Choose the shift that suits you:
Dayshift - Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00
Backshift - Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00
Pay & Progression
* Starting rate: 12.21 per hour
* Increasing to 12.71 in April
* Weekly pay
* Temporary roles with a strong prospect of becoming permanent
