Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)- Living Sector/Residential team - London! (Residential only) An international, team cohesion focused consultancy, is opening their Liverpool Street office doors to a qualified Senior Project Manager with experience in residential project management to join their Living Sector team. The role requires leadership across all stages of fast-paced, high-profile projects, from initial engagement and design through to construction and delivery for their Corporate Commercial team. Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Managing the design, procurement, and construction of newbuild, refurb and renovation projects from start to finish. - Client Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring that the clients' goals are met while maintaining high satisfaction. - Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating project terms to support growth. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (like cost consultancy, interior design, engineering) and external consultants and contractors for seamless project delivery. - Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, revenue forecasts, and billing practices to meet profitability targets. - Risk Management & Compliance: Ensuring projects adhere to internal standards, health and safety guidelines, and relevant regulations while mitigating any risks. Required Skills and Expertise: - Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing residential projects for both occupiers and investors. - Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships, especially at senior levels, including pitching and presentations. - Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree and ideally a professional qualification (like MRICS) in fit-out project management.
