Envirogen is an international water treatment solutions business. We are seeking someone with experience in a Service Support role within a similar Engineering Services or Manufacturing organization to join our busy and highly regarded Service Support team as a Service Support Engineer.
You will be the first point of contact for our customer base — ranging from the NHS to Coca Cola — providing technical support and managing replacement parts for our industrial water treatment systems.
Amongst your responsibilities:
1. Identify parts and source them if they are not stock items.
2. Obtain current prices for new parts or those not purchased in the last 3 months.
Requirements and qualities:
* Experience in a similar role within an engineering services business, preferably water treatment.
* Well organized.
* Enjoys a varied workload.
* Good IT systems knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Supportive and collaborative attitude.
