To support a 19‑year‑old woman in accessing the community and building life skills.
Responsibilities
* Assist in using local buses
* Take coffee shop trips
* Shopping trips
* Support building life skills
* Help with domestic tasks at home
* Respect confidentiality and privacy
* Behave responsibly, reliably, and trustworthily
* Respect dignity and independence
* Have good communication and social skills
* Be punctual, reliable, and flexible
* Work independently and with initiative
* Be understanding, adaptable, and organised
* Enjoy cats
* Preferable to be a car driver with own car and business insurance
Employment Details
* Part‑time; self‑employed or employed options available
* Hours: 4 hours per week, possible increase over time
* Available evenings and weekends as required
* Pay: £16.46 per hour (self‑employed) / £13.96 per hour (employed)
* Potential DBS check and reference requirements
* No sponsorships available; right to work in the UK required
