Reporting to the NS Field manager this role will be key to join the field services and management teams together to form a cohesive and productive workflow.

Supporting projects UK wide but focussed regionally you will supervise and lead a team of highly skilled engineers on a day-to-day basis.
\n What youll do:\n

* Lead and supervise regional teams of engineers and contractors delivering civils works across telecoms infrastructure projects.
\n
* Manage resources, schedules, and performance to ensure efficient delivery of projects and maintenance activities.
\n
* Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, conducting audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
\n
* Mentor, train, and support staff development to drive performance and staff retention.
\n
* Promote smarter, more efficient ways of working while identifying opportunities for business growth.
