We strive to achieve personal goals and endeavour to support individuals in regaining as much independence as possible following their injury or condition. Our ultimate aim is for individuals to be able to return home and enjoy their lives again Here at Ashbrook Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, we have capacity to support up to 7 individuals through their slow stream rehabilitation. The role of a National Care Group Support Worker You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential.
