Network Facilitator (NIDHC)
Reporting to – Reporting to the Project Steering Committee within Invest NI - You will become a direct employee of The Northern Ireland Digital Health Cluster (NIDHC) (ARC Regulatory is assisting with the recruitment of this position)
Duration – Initial contract is for 9-12 months, commencing upon appointment
Purpose: The Facilitator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the NIDHC’s action plan, ensuring effective collaboration, knowledge exchange, and measurable outcomes for cluster members.
About the Northern Ireland Digital Health Cluster
The Northern Ireland Digital Health Cluster (NIDHC), led by ARC Regulatory and supported by Invest Northern Ireland, is seeking a skilled Network Facilitator to support the establishment and delivery of a high-impact, industry-led digital health cluster.
The NIDHC aims to unite industry, academia, and clinical stakeholders to drive innovation, improve productivity, and accelerate export-led growth in digital health technology across Northern Ireland.
The Facilitator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the NIDHC’s action plan, ensuring effective collaboration, knowledge exchange, and measurable outcomes for cluster members.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in developing a sustainable, industry-led digital health cluster with strong academic, industry, and clinical engagement.
Objectives of the Assignment
The successful candidate will support the cluster in achieving the following objectives:
The Facilitator will report to the Project Steering Committee within Invest NI, which includes representatives from industry, academia, healthcare, and government and will work closely with ARC Regulatory (Cluster Lead), Ulster University, Queen’s University Belfast, HIRANI, and other key stakeholders.
