We're offering a full-time position to support children through personalized 1:1 sessions or small group activities. You'll play a vital role in fostering positive learning environments and shaping the educational journey of our students. Responsibilities: Provide innovative ideas, resources, and teaching strategies for lessons. Assist in supervising students and managing classroom behaviour. Enhance students' literacy skills across all subjects. Foster social communication skills among students. Monitor and address the personal, social, and emotional needs of students. Encourage students' independent learning and self-reliance. Requirements: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Childcare, NVQ, or other relevant educational qualifications (preferred). Prior experience in support roles within an educational environment. Experience in assisting students with challenging behaviours.
