Overview
Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle currently has a great opportunity available for a Valeter to join our talented team.
As a Mercedes-Benz Valeter, you will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle valeting, including prepping and cleaning customer vehicles to a high standard. You will ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition and that faults are identified prior to handover. You will also maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working area. Mercedes-Benz Valeters work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Valet and prep customer vehicles to a high standard
* Ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition
* Identify and report faults prior to handover to the customer
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the working area
* Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to support customer service levels
About You
* No previous experience required; full training will be provided for the right candidate
* Excellent attitude and customer service focus
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable team player with a flexible approach in a busy environment
* Customer service experience in a retail environment is considered a minimum requirement
