Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grays for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily management and smooth operation of various properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include tenant communications, property inspections, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and ensuring properties meet legal requirements. The Property Manager will also liaise with landlords and coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards.
Qualifications
Property management expertise, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of housing regulations, compliance standards, and HMO licensing
Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience collaborating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for property maintenance and renovations
Proficiency in property management software and relevant office applications
Previous experience in sales, lettings, or real estate is an advantage
Ability to work on-site in Grays and perform property inspections as required
