Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Fabricators/Welders/Platers located in Skelton. Responsibilities include fabricating and welding structural steel components, interpreting and working from technical drawings, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards, and collaborating with the project team to ensure efficient project completion. The role also involves operating machinery and equipment associated with steel fabrication.
Qualifications
* Experience in fabricating and welding structural steel
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
* Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment used in steel fabrication
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in welding and fabrication are a plus
* Prior experience in a construction or engineering environment is beneficial
