BakerGroup are looking for Trainee Butcher on behalf of our client based in LS19 Shift: Monday to Friday Salary: £13.00PH plus £10.00 attendance bonus Shift: 4am – 2pm * Carcasses: Eviscerate, skin, and trim carcasses of slaughtered animals. This involves cutting standard or premium cuts of meat for marketing, and wrapping meats for sale. * Maintaining Hygiene: Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination. This includes cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment regularly. * Operating Machinery: Use various tools and machinery for cutting and processing meat.
