What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Leading and mentoring a successful estate agency team
* Carrying out valuations and winning instructions
* Driving business growth and achieving branch targets
* Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch
* Maintaining high standards of customer service
* Representing the brand with professionalism and local market expertise
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in residential estate agency
* Valuation and listing expertise essential
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience managing and motivating a team
* Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality
* Well-presented, articulate, and engaging
* Local knowledge of Lewes / East Sussex advantageous
* Full UK Driving License required
* Professional and results-focused approach
