The successful candidate will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the Risk function, ensuring robust risk management practices are embedded across the business, and providing strategic oversight to all risk-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive risk management framework covering all internal and external risks. Review, update, and maintain risk-related policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices. Monitor credit, market, operational, liquidity, and other risks, escalating potential breaches as required. Review credit proposals, internal credit rating models, and portfolio risk to ensure alignment with risk appetite. Oversee operational risk management processes, including risk registers, incident management, and risk control self-assessments. Supervise market risk activities, including daily reporting, breach monitoring, and limit management. Ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing risk reporting and adapting practices to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
