Minoa Education is a small family of nurseries, brought together by a common purpose to provide exceptional early years education to every child. The Minoa family currently consists of 8 nurseries in Shropshire, Wiltshire and London.
We're thrilled to say that our team is growing, and we're now on the lookout for a fantastic administrative assistant to join our central office team based at Little Green House Nursery in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
MAIN DUTIES
* Provide administrative support to the Central Office, in areas including accounting, invoicing, funding and numerous other operational processes.
* Assist in implementing efficient and consistent systems and processes across the different nursery settings.
CRITERIA
* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.
* Close attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Experience of using Xero software (preferred, but not required as on-the-job training will also be provided).
* Experience of childcare funding systems would be beneficial but not essential as training provided.
REPORTING
* Reports to the Head of Central Office, as well as the Nursery Directors
* Enhanced DBS background check & 2 references required before employment commences
SALARY
* Starting at £12.21 per hour, with opportunities for progression as experience increases.
