Financial Planning Administrator | Halesowen | £30,000 A growing wealth management firm is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Halesowen. The role: Key point of contact for client queries on pensions, investments and protection, with responsibilities including: Processing new business and maintaining client records Handling calls, emails, and client correspondence Preparing client review packs and portfolio illustrations Liaising with product providers and supporting advisers/paraplanners Coordinating client meetings and managing adviser diaries Ensuring all administration is compliant and accurate The person: Previous experience in a financial planning firm is required. Strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication are key. Knowledge of IO and platforms is ideal, with CII qualifications (or a willingness to work towards them, paid by the business) an advantage.
