Project Coordinator Taunton £26k - £33k Are you organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping calm under pressure? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers with the day‑to‑day running of projects. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently — and you’ll gain autonomy as you grow in the role. What You’ll Be Doing Updating labour forecasts and sending out schedules as directed by Project Managers Raising Purchase Orders and checking Order Acknowledgements for accuracy Answering the office phone and handling general enquiries Sourcing materials, agency staff, and hired equipment per PM / Site Manager instructions Administering site setup tasks (e.g. printing H&S folders), assisting with project handovers from the sales team Processing timesheets; booking accommodation for PMs and contractors Assisting in sourcing Operation & Maintenance documents (O&Ms) as required Working with internal departments to support project delivery Who You Are Have previous Administration experience ideally worked within a similar enviroment Excellent organisation skills and a high attention to detail Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner Able to multi‑task, prioritise, and work under guidance with increasing autonomy Energetic, proactive, and a reliable team player What’s In It For You Competitive salary company bonus scheme Health insurance Salary sacrifice scheme, including discounts with selected stores Regular company events / socials Friendly, supportive working environment
