Are you organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping calm under pressure? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers with the day‑to‑day running of projects. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently — and you’ll gain autonomy as you grow in the role.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Updating labour forecasts and sending out schedules as directed by Project Managers
* Raising Purchase Orders and checking Order Acknowledgements for accuracy
* Answering the office phone and handling general enquiries
* Sourcing materials, agency staff, and hired equipment per PM / Site Manager instructions
* Administering site setup tasks (e.g. printing H&S folders), assisting with project handovers from the sales team
* Processing timesheets; booking accommodation for PMs and contractors
* Assisting in sourcing Operation & Maintenance documents (O&Ms) as required
* Working with internal departments to support project delivery

Who You Are
* Have previous Administration experience ideally worked within a similar enviroment
* Excellent organisation skills and a high attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner
* Able to multi‑task, prioritise, and work under guidance with increasing autonomy
* Energetic, proactive, and a reliable team player
