Framework Housing Association is the lead provider of drug and alcohol treatment within Nottingham City and is excited to be able to offer this unique opportunity to work within a specialised service.
Framework is looking to appoint a Psychosocial Intervention worker at our in-patient detox. You will join our therapy team providing high standards of care and support to Service users. Our therapy team facilitates evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a structured programme of recovery. Our psychosocial programme focuses on building therapeutic relationships with service users, providing them with the tools and coping strategy to assist their recovery.

You will be able to form relationships quickly, build trust and rapport.
You will be able to maintain professional boundaries at all time.
You will be required to document all of your interactions in a timely and professional manner.
You will consistently work from a trauma informed standpoint.

This is currently a part time role of 24 hours split over shifts. Some weekend work is expected.
