Our client is embarking on a major transformation programme and they're looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and CRM expertise. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering solutions that drive operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and meet strategic business goals.
What you'll be doing:
* Designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Field Service and CRM solutions to support business change.
* Enhancing processes around scheduling, mobile workforce management, and asset tracking.
* Working with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
* Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, and ensuring solutions align with objectives.
* Operating effectively in a fast-paced contract environment, managing priorities with minimal supervision.
