We are looking for a compassionate Housing Support Worker to support ex-offenders in achieving stable housing and independence. The role involves providing person-centred support, managing properties, and collaborating with partner agencies.
Job Role: Housing Support WorkerLocation: ColchesterWorking Hours: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide weekly support and life skills assistance to service users
* Manage 3-4 properties, ensuring they meet required standards
* Support move-on planning and engage with agencies to ensure successful outcomes
* Occasionally work Saturdays with Monday off
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Enhanced Adult DBS and HMPPS clearance
* Car driver with own vehicle and valid business insurance required
