Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with an established Entertainment company in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Transactions Manager for 9 months.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Transactions Manager for a 9 month contract and as part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Management of Accounts Payable function.
2. Line manager duties in respect of Accounts Assistant.
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
4. Ensure credit card transactions are reconciled and posted each month.
5. Ensure supplier inbox is reviewed and queries responded to in timely manner.
6. Management and coordination of all supplier and expenses payment runs.
7. Management of Accounts Receivable function.
8. Raise timely and accurate invoices to Shareholders, including obtaining PO numbers in advance of billing.
9. Proactive management of debtors' balance to ensure timely collection of income.
10. Day-to-day management of businesses liquidity and working capital.
11. Manage cash flow process, including weekly reconciliation of cash.
12. Forecast cash position throughout the year and track working capital accordingly.
13. Month-end reconciliation of cash balance to general ledger.
14. Ensure supplier inbox is reviewed and queries responded to in timely manner.
