Job role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Report to: Senior Operations Manager
Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all orders are planned into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international logistics and packaging partners.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
* Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales departments for stock and sales forecasting.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
* Address and investigate delivery complaints.
* Ensure customs documentation accuracy for exports.
* Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.
Personal Attributes:
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
