Learning & Development Lead

We're working with a growing, purpose-led consultancy operating across major infrastructure and regeneration projects in the UK and Ireland. With a strong focus on people development and a collaborative culture, they're looking for an L&D Lead to support the continued growth and capability of their teams.
This is a hands-on L&D role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day learning activity while also shaping practical development initiatives that support business needs. You'll design and deliver training, work closely with managers, and help embed a strong learning culture across the organisation.
You'll also manage an L&D Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring learning programmes run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver and maintain a practical L&D plan aligned to business needs
2. Design and run engaging training sessions (technical, behavioural, leadership)
3. Facilitate workshops, inductions, and early careers programmes
4. Work with managers to identify development needs and support their teams
