As Principal Educational Psychologist, you’ll lead the Psychology and Wellbeing Service, guiding its strategic direction and ensuring that psychological principles underpin every aspect of practice. You’ll work closely with schools, senior leaders, and partner agencies to deliver meaningful improvements in outcomes for children and young people, particularly those with additional needs.
The education framework is closely aligned to the UK, but with greater freedom to innovate and deliver flexible, solution‑focused support. This is a service that’s moving forward with intent—reflective, ambitious, and ready to grow under strong, values‑driven leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead the Psychology and Wellbeing Service and its strategic direction. Ensure the application of psychological principles across practice. Collaborate with schools, senior leaders, and partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and young people, especially those with additional needs. Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the service.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a recognised qualification in educational psychology and be HCPC registered.
